Delivery Address and Details

We use Australia Post to deliver our products across Australia.  

Dick Smith Foods currently delivers Australia wide ONLY. Delivery times vary depending on location. Please view delivery times when selecting your delivery method.  Our delivery and handling charges start from $9.95, so please be sure to add a few items to your order as you will find that you can get quite a number of products delivered within our base delivery charge.

We do not take responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.

It is the customer's (sender) responsibility to ensure that all delivery addresses and details provided to Dick Smith Foods are correct. 

It is recommended that someone should be at the delivery address to accept goods as our carriers will either leave the product unattended if requested by the customer in the comments section, or if unsafe a card will be left and the customer will need to visit their local post office to collect. Should Dick Smith Foods incur any additional delivery costs as a result of any inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer, these additional costs will be passed on to the customer.

Please note: Dick Smith Foods Pty Ltd takes no responsibility if damage of any description occurs with a hamper left at an address on your instruction. A card will be left to advise the recipient of attempted delivery; it is then the responsibility of the recipient to arrange pick up. Contact phone numbers are given to our contract carriers in the event of unexpected circumstances that could delay your delivery. Our carriers are not in a position to call prior to delivery.
